1.Booking and Confirmation:

• Event dates are secured upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.
• Confirmation is subject to availability and mutual agreement.

2. Payment:

• Full payment is required before the event date.
• Additional charges for services outside the agreed scope will apply.

3. Cancellation:

• Cancellation within the specified days before the event incurs a cancellation fee.
• Roelti reserves the right to cancel in unforeseen circumstances with a full refund.

4. Client Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate event details and requirements.
• Ensure venue access and necessary permits.

5. Changes to Services:

• Any changes to services must be communicated in writing and may incur additional fees.

6. Force Majeure:

• Roelti is not liable for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or emergencies.

7. Liability:

• Roelti is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage during the event unless due to negligence.

8. Termination:

• Roelti may terminate services for non-compliance with terms.

9. Client Approval:

• Client's approval is assumed for event details, unless otherwise specified in writing.

10.Photography and Marketing:

• Roelti may use event photos for marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11.Exclusive Staking Program:

• Clients have the option to stake a specified amount to become a partner and unlock exclusive perks.
• Staking clients have the opportunity to earn up to 2X returns on their investment.
• Referring someone to become a promoter can earn staking clients up to 3X returns on their investment.
